Lori McCullough – Campus Administrator Email: lori.mccullough@mcleanbible.org Lori has been a member of MBC for ten years and came to the Loudoun campus when it started in 2008. She received a Bachelors degree in Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Arkansas and a Masters Degree in Education from the University of Virginia. She taught in Fairfax County Public Schools for 19 years before joining our staff in July of 2012. Lori and Monte have been married since 1980 and have two married sons and one grandson. |

Brian Walters - Director of Adult Ministries Email: brian.walters@mcleanbible.org Phone: 703-770-2937   Brian has been a part of McLean Bible Church since accepting Christ during a Frontline service in 2004. He began to serve shortly thereafter and has been involved in many different ministries since then. From mission trips to small groups, and marriage mentoring to evangelism, God has developed in Brian a passion for the life and vitality of the local church. Brian comes to us with a Bachelors degree from George Mason University and a Masters of Theology from Liberty University Seminary. Brian has been married to AnnieLaurie since 2005. They have a daughter named LucyKate and are expecting a boy in May 2013. |

Dave Kroeze – Future Leader, Associate Director of Small Groups Email: david.kroeze@mcleanbible.org Dave joined the staff of Mclean Bible Church through the Future Leaders Class of 2013. He is working with Adult Ministries specifically as the Associate Director of Small Groups. Dave’s passion is seeing adults grow in grace and knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ and giving Him the glory in all things. He holds a Bachelors degree in Biblical/Theological Studies and Christian Education from Wheaton College. Dave recently completed his M.A. in Christian Apologetics from Biola University. He and Meredith have been married since December, 2011 and have recently relocated to Ashburn from sunny Los Angeles. They are both blessed for the opportunity to serve God in this capacity. |

Amelia Sipress – Associate Director of Ministry Teams Email: amelia.sipress@mcleanbible.org Amelia has been part of McLean Bible Church since 2009. She is from London, Ontario which is where she grew up and attended college at The University of Western Ontario. She has been working for MBC Loudoun since July 2011. She works with our Saturday night teams and also does a great job orchestrating and organizing events like Second Saturday and Digging In. She is married to Tristan Sipress, our Production Engineer, and they have a dog, named Makita. |

Jason Grate - Worship Leader Email: jason.grate@mcleanbible.org Phone: 703-770-8644 Jason served as Senior Pastor of Greenhouse Church in Grand Rapids Michigan from 2005 to 2010. He is now the Worship Leader at MBC Loudoun and heads up the Creative Arts Ministry at the Loudoun campus. Jason is married to Holly Grate and has three children, Elijah who is 13 years old, Emelia who is 10 years old and Ezekiel who is 8. Jason has a passion for seeing people connect with God through music, the arts and our everyday life. |

LeAnne Smart - Director of Kid's Quest Email: leanne.smart@mcleanbible.org Phone: 703-770-2909 LeAnne joined the MBC Staff in 1997 to help start Kid's Quest on Saturday evenings. Her passion is to create an engaging environment that is relevant and Christ-centered for every child. LeAnne looks forward to reaching families in Loudoun County for Christ. LeAnne and Joel have been married since 1989, and live in Lansdowne with their two daughters, Kylene and Brianna. |

Elisabeth Gardiner - Elementary Team Leader Email: elisabeth.gardiner@mcleanbible.org Phone: 703-639-2000 x3151 Elisabeth Gardiner joined the staff of McLean Bible Church with the Future Leaders Class of 2007. Elisabeth assisted with the Loudoun campus launch that year, and now runs the Sunday morning Kid's Quest Elementary program for Kindergarten through 5th Grade. She also oversees other Elementary events and directs the KIDstuff Family Production every other month. Elisabeth holds dual degrees in English and Theatre from the University of Maryland, College Park. She is passionate about helping children discover and understand the Bible at a young age, and about creating a safe and nurturing environment for them to grow strong relationships with Christ and others. She and her husband Tim live in Ashburn. |

Kathy Scherrer - KQ Operations & Volunteer Coordinator Email: kathy.scherrer@mcleanbible.org Kathy and her husband, Brian, began attending MBC Loudoun in 2009. They began volunteering together in the nursery on Saturday nights. Kathy has been volunteering with Kid's Quest since 2010. She has a Bachelors degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and recently left a 13-year career with Verizon as a Technical Writer. Kathy is honored by the privilege of teaching children about the most important Man they will ever know, to help them build a foundation that will support them through the best and worst times of life, and to have an impact that will last into eternity Brian and Kathy are blessed with three duaghters: Kaley, Brynn and Erynn. |

Jerry Hite – Saturday Elementary Coordinator Email: jerry.hite@mcleanbible.org Jerry started out in ministry as a Youth Pastor from 1983 to 1990 in churches in New York and Florida. He was ordained to the work of the Gospel Ministry in 1984. Since moving back to Virginia in 1993 Jerry has been involved in serving in children’s ministry in local churches and came on staff with MBC in 2004. Jerry has earned a Bachelor’s degree from Washington Bible College (1983) and a Masters of Ministry from Bethany Theological Seminary (1991). Jerry has been married for 32 years to Susan our Saturday Night Preschool Coordinator. God has blessed them with two boys, Jason Hite who with his wife live in Lynchburg, VA and Timothy Hite, who is attending The Masters College in California. |

Susan Hite – Saturday Preschool Coordinator Email: susan.hite@mcleanbible.org Susan began attending MBC in 2002 with her family. After volunteering in the Kid's Quest program for a few months, she became a part of the Kid's Quest Staff. In 2009, she and her husband Jerry, transferred to the Loudoun Campus where she serves as our Saturday Preschool Coordinator. Susan has a heart for preschoolers and believes that God uses this time in those young lives to begin building a foundation that will last them into eternity. Susan and Jerry have two grown sons, a daughter, and a new grandson. |

Rhonda Etter - Sunday Preschool Coordinator Email: rhonda.etter@mcleanbible.org Rhonda began coming to MBC Loudoun after her husband, Todd, accepted the Lord in June of 2010. Together they became members in 2012. “Rho”, as she likes to be called, came to a salvation knowledge of Jesus in Jr. High but didn’t begin a truly personal relationship with Jesus Christ until the summer of 2010. Experiencing the difference between accepting Christ and truly walking with Him daily has totally changed Rho’s outlook. God called “Rho” to the MBC Sunday Preschool Coordinator position in May of 2012. She feels that building a solid foundation into our children at this age is vital to their future walk with Christ. Preschool is the “boot camp” for their knowledge that God loves them, God made them, and Jesus wants to be their friend forever. Memorizing monthly scripture, helping them develop a heart of giving, and modeling prayers that they practice are two of the foundational truths that she feels is vital to this age. |

Jeanette Bland – Sunday Elementary Small Group Coordinator Email: jeanette.bland@mcleanbible.org Jeanette started attending McLean Bible Church in 2006 when she and her husband Michael moved from Maryland to Leisure World in Lansdowne, Virginia. She volunteered as a Small Group Leader in Kid's Quest and is now the Elementary Small Group Coordinator. She is thankful for the opportunity to serve the Lord in the Kid's Quest area. Her prayer is that each child who enters Kid's Quest discovers the love of God and is nurtured each Sunday by the Christ centered lessons and activities. She is passionate about making sure that each child and parent that enters the Kid's Quest area feels welcomed and comfortable. |

Kyle Cox – Director of Student Ministries Email: kyle.cox@mcleanbible.org Kyle joined the MBC staff in 2009 through the Future Leader Program after graduating from the University of Maryland. After three years he is now the Director of Student Ministries at MBC Loudoun. His prayer is that the Gospel would transform the lives of students and create a passionate love for Christ within them. Kyle and his wife, Morgan, live in Ashburn with their twins who were born in March 2012. |

Donnie Cohn – Resident, Student Ministries Email: donnie.cohn@mcleanbible.org After growing up in Boston, Donnie came to D.C. four years ago to attend Georgetown University. He entered as a nonbeliever pursuing a career in politics or law. Since accepting Christ during his freshman year, God has led him toward vocational ministry. He became involved with MBC through Frontline Arlington and the Gathering—where he found out about the Future Leaders Program. Although he is an avid sports fan, his greatest passion is growing closer to Christ, particularly by studying His Word. Donnie works at MBC Loudoun with The Rock Student Ministries. He is excited to build relationships with students and, by God’s grace, to encourage them as they pursue the Lord. |

Wendy Melcher – Loudoun Access Coordinator Email: wendy.melcher@mcleanbible.org Wendy has been a part of McLean Bible Church since 1998. She made MBC her home based on the fact that Aaron, her nephew with Downs Syndrome, was accepted and embraced by the church. Wendy is married to Shawn and they have one daughter, Leah. Wendy began serving in Kids Quest during Leah’s early years of growing at MBC. Wendy helped with the launch of the Loudoun Campus by being a weekly volunteer teacher for 2 & 3 year olds in Kids Quest. At the same time, she began volunteering with Access Ministry because she has a passion for children with special needs. Wendy became the Loudoun Access Coordinator in September 2009. |
